Hello, I'm Joanne Mitchell.

 

I've always loved to dance, but I struggled to stay motivated with every fitness routine I tried. Everything changed when I realized that I could incorporate the dance moves I love into a workout routine, unlike any other.

My Story

 

From tap and jazz to hip-hop and funk, I took every dance class I could as a kid. When I decided to make fitness a priority, I thought I needed to hit the gym. It turns out I just needed to get back on the dance floor. Now I'm sharing my moves and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through virtual fitness classes.
